SUSPENDED ROPE PLATFORM
Rope Suspended Platforms Models SRP 25, SRP 50 & SRP 80 been built to International standards with all the critical components like Hoister, motors and Safety devices imported. SRP-80/50 is a twin hoist motor system and SRP 25 is a single hoist motor driven compact platform for use in space restricted places. The platform can have a length pf 7.5 mtr in modular sections of 2.5 mtrs. The capacity of the platform is 250 kgs, 500 kgs and 800 kgs respectively. The platforms are enamel painted and can be also supplied with hot dip galvanized finish for longer life. The suspension mechanism is free standing without need of any anchoring. The entire system can be relocated in few hours without requirement of any crane. The Patented Safety Lock system automatically locks the safety cable within 4 degree of in balance, if the suspension powered platform tilts or the working cable breaks and is totally fail proof.
This temporarily installed suspended access equipments is multipurpose and highly efficient construction machinery applicable to work at heights. It is substitute of traditional scaffold used for exterior wall construction, cleaning and maintenance of high rise buildings, painting the walls, fixing the aluminum composite panels & glasses on the exterior of the building, decorating the walls with mosaic tiles/granite, fixing the windows and cleaning them etc. It is also ideal for applications such as cleaning for big size tanks, high chimneys, bridges and large dams, installation of elevators, welding of seagoing ship in shipbuilding industry etc. The new introduction for movement of man & material, access to external works are sure to simplify the construction & also to make the work safer.
